Welcome to Growing Together Westchester, a place where caregivers and their young children can feel like they are part of a community and get help. Growing Together Westchester is a partnership between United Way of Westchester and Putnam and Westchester County’s 0-6 Committee.
Our program is a hub that gets information from healthcare experts, local nonprofits, and government agencies. This library of information is made to adapt to the changing needs of parents and caregivers and the different stages of growth of their children.
We provide easy access to the resources in both English and Spanish through our website, email, and text messages. There are articles to read, podcasts to listen to, and videos to watch in our library. This makes it easy for people with different learning styles and preferences to find what they need.
Our aim is clear: to help all families in Westchester County, especially those who are dealing with health disparities and systemic barriers, by connecting them with resources to thrive. Our simple but important goal is to give parents and caregivers of babies and children from birth to age 5 regular access to important information and tools in a way that is engaging and easy to use.
Together, we strive to nurture healthy, thriving communities where every child has the opportunity to flourish. Welcome to Growing Together Westchester, where we grow stronger together.
