Pero no te preocupes: esta fase es normal, manejable e incluso un poco divertida (con la mentalidad adecuada).  <\/p>\n\n<p>Esta gu\u00eda ofrece ideas de comidas realistas y nutritivas, cosas que hacer y que no hacer, y estrategias l\u00fadicas que te ayudar\u00e1n a mantener la calma y a alimentar a tu hijo.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 mi hijo es tan quisquilloso?<\/h2>\n\n<p>El picoteo suele empezar entre los 18 meses y los 3 a\u00f1os. Es una parte natural de la afirmaci\u00f3n de la independencia y de poner a prueba los l\u00edmites. A\u00f1ade sensibilidad sensorial, cambios en el apetito debidos a patrones de crecimiento y un arraigado amor por la repetici\u00f3n, y tendr\u00e1s la tormenta perfecta.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los CDC y la AAP, los ni\u00f1os de esta edad son m\u00e1s propensos a rechazar alimentos desconocidos.
