No eres el \u00fanico. Los ni\u00f1os de cuatro a\u00f1os necesitan rutinas para sentirse seguros y felices. Cuando los ni\u00f1os saben lo que viene a continuaci\u00f3n, se sienten m\u00e1s seguros y cooperan mejor.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 son importantes las rutinas<\/h2>\n\n<p>Los ni\u00f1os de cuatro a\u00f1os a\u00fan no entienden el tiempo. Pero s\u00ed entienden \u00abprimero esto, luego aquello\u00bb. Las rutinas ayudan a tu hijo a sentirse seguro, a saber qu\u00e9 esperar y a cooperar m\u00e1s. Piensa en las rutinas como en una hoja de ruta para tu d\u00eda.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crear tu rutina diaria<\/h2>\n\n<p>Elige<strong> 3<\/strong> momentos principales en los que centrarte: por la ma\u00f1ana, antes de acostarte y al salir de casa.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ejemplo de rutina matutina:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Despierta y acurr\u00facate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usa el ba\u00f1o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00edstete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desayuna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cep\u00edllate los dientes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponte los zapatos y el abrigo<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Ejemplo de rutina para irse a dormir:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limpia los juguetes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e1\u00f1ate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponte el pijama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lee dos libros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Da las buenas noches a los peluches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apaga la luz con un abrazo<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/littlemagerhouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/FREE-Printable-Kids-Routine-Pin.png?fit=1000%2C1500&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img1.etsystatic.com\/208\/1\/14855734\/il_570xN.1352587735_bpm1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hacer que las rutinas funcionen<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Utiliza fotos:<\/strong> Crea una tabla con fotos que muestren cada paso. Tu hijo puede marcar las tareas a medida que las vaya completando. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hazlo corto:<\/strong> Intenta hacer 5-6 pasos como m\u00e1ximo. Las rutinas largas son dif\u00edciles de recordar. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Practicad juntos:<\/strong> Repasa la rutina con tu hijo cuando no tengas prisa.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Establece horarios regulares:<\/strong> Intenta hacer las mismas cosas a las mismas horas cada d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Utiliza temporizadores:<\/strong> Los ni\u00f1os de cuatro a\u00f1os no saben medir el tiempo, pero oyen los temporizadores. Util\u00edzalos para el tiempo de limpieza (5 minutos) o para vestirse (10 minutos). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hacer frente a la resistencia<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab\u00a1No quiero!\u00bb<\/strong>  Mant\u00e9n la calma y recu\u00e9rdale a tu hijo la rutina. Dile: \u00abS\u00e9 que no quieres, pero primero nos lavamos los dientes y luego leemos cuentos\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Correr y correr:<\/strong> Prev\u00e9 tiempo extra. Si vestirte te lleva 10 minutos, deja 15. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Crisis:<\/strong> Cuando tu hijo tenga una crisis, mant\u00e9n la rutina. Di: \u00abVeo que est\u00e1s enfadado.
