Tu beb\u00e9 est\u00e1 preparado cuando puede <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sentarse con poca o ninguna ayuda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mant\u00e9n la cabeza firme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abren la boca cuando les llega comida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tragan la comida en lugar de expulsarla con la lengua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Primeros alimentos a probar (6-8 meses)<\/h2>\n\n<p>Empieza con alimentos sencillos, de un solo ingrediente:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alimentos ricos en hierro<\/h3>\n\n<p>Estos son los primeros alimentos importantes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cereales infantiles enriquecidos con hierro (mezclados con leche materna o artificial)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pur\u00e9 de carne o ave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pur\u00e9 de alubias o lentejas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frutas y verduras<\/h3>\n\n<p>Prueba estas opciones suaves:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pur\u00e9 de aguacate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pur\u00e9 de pl\u00e1tano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suave cocido y hecho pur\u00e9:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Boniato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zanahorias<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guisantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manzanas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo empezar<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empieza con 1-2 cucharaditas de comida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimenta con comida s\u00f3lida una vez al d\u00eda para empezar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumenta lentamente a 2-3 veces al d\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prueba un alimento nuevo cada vez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Espera 3-5 d\u00edas antes de probar otro alimento nuevo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vigila las reacciones al\u00e9rgicas (erupci\u00f3n, v\u00f3mitos, diarrea)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Recuerda:<\/strong> la leche materna o artificial sigue siendo el alimento principal de tu beb\u00e9 durante el primer a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avanzar (8-10 Meses)<\/h2>\n\n<p>A medida que tu beb\u00e9 vaya comiendo mejor, puedes intentarlo:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pur\u00e9s m\u00e1s espesos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimentos blandos, triturados y con peque\u00f1os grumos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimentos blandos para comer con los dedos, como\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peque\u00f1os trozos de frutas blandas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasta bien cocida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peque\u00f1os trozos de queso blando<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verduras blandas cocidas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Los beb\u00e9s de esta edad suelen comer alimentos s\u00f3lidos 3 veces al d\u00eda m\u00e1s 1-2 tentempi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avanzar a los Alimentos de Mesa (10-12 Meses)<\/h2>\n\n<p>A estas alturas, tu beb\u00e9 ya puede intentarlo:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carnes finamente picadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huevos revueltos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trocitos de pan tostado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verduras blandas cocidas cortadas en trozos peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frutas blandas cortadas en trozos peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cereales en forma de O<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alimentos que debes evitar<\/h2>\n\n<p>No dar a beb\u00e9s menores de 12 meses:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Miel (puede causar una enfermedad grave llamada botulismo infantil)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leche de vaca como bebida (puede utilizarse para cocinar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimentos no pasteurizados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal o az\u00facar a\u00f1adidos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimentos duros que puedan provocar atragantamiento, como\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nueces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palomitas de ma\u00edz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caramelos duros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verduras crudas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vigilar las alergias<\/h2>\n\n<p>Los al\u00e9rgenos alimentarios m\u00e1s frecuentes son<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cacahuetes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nueces de \u00e1rbol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trigo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pescado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marisco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Nuevas investigaciones demuestran que es mejor introducir estos alimentos pronto (alrededor de los 6 meses) para ayudar a prevenir las alergias.
