Esta gu\u00eda te ayudar\u00e1 a saber c\u00f3mo cuidarte despu\u00e9s de dar a luz.   <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la recuperaci\u00f3n posparto?  <\/h2>\n\n<p>La recuperaci\u00f3n posparto es el tiempo en que tu cuerpo se cura despu\u00e9s de tener un beb\u00e9. Suele durar entre 6 y 8 semanas, pero la curaci\u00f3n puede prolongarse varios meses. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recuperaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Tu cuerpo experimenta GRANDES cambios despu\u00e9s del parto:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La hemorragia durar\u00e1 de 2 a 6 semanas  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu \u00fatero vuelve a su tama\u00f1o normal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los m\u00fasculos y tejidos se curan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las hormonas empiezan a equilibrarse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo ayudar a tu cuerpo a curarse  <\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1El descanso es superimportante!  <\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duerme cuando duerma tu beb\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pide ayuda a familiares y amigos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No intentes hacerlo todo t\u00fa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00f3matelo con calma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comer y beber  <\/h3>\n\n<p>En qu\u00e9 centrarse:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bebe MUCHA agua  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Come alimentos sanos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toma tus vitaminas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Come alimentos que ayuden a curar\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frutas y verduras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alimentos ricos en prote\u00ednas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cereales integrales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Movimiento Suave  <\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empieza con paseos cortos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haz estiramientos ligeros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No hagas ejercicio demasiado duro demasiado pronto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escucha a tu cuerpo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recuperaci\u00f3n emocional  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Tener un beb\u00e9 puede provocar MUCHOS sentimientos:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Felicidad  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emoci\u00f3n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cansancio  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentirse abrumado  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cambios de humor  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u00a1Estos sentimientos son NORMALES!<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuidar tu salud mental  <\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Habla con amigos y familiares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comparte tus sentimientos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pide ayuda cuando la necesites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Descansa y haz pausas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est\u00e1 bien no estar bien a veces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se\u00f1ales de advertencia a tener en cuenta  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Llama a tu m\u00e9dico si tienes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hemorragia intensa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dolor intenso que no desaparece<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentirse muy triste o preocupado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pensamientos de hacerte da\u00f1o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos de autocuidado  <\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00fachate brevemente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lleva ropa c\u00f3moda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliza una almohadilla t\u00e9rmica para los m\u00fasculos doloridos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pide ayuda con el beb\u00e9 y las tareas dom\u00e9sticas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conecta con otras madres primerizas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sanar ah\u00ed abajo  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Si tuviste un parto vaginal:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utiliza almohadillas refrigerantes especiales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mant\u00e9n limpia la zona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si\u00e9ntate sobre una almohada blanda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toma analg\u00e9sicos si es necesario<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Si has tenido una ces\u00e1rea:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mant\u00e9n la incisi\u00f3n limpia y seca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No levantes cosas pesadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vigila los signos de infecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1El apoyo es la clave!
