Sumerj\u00e1monos en la comprensi\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n de estos momentos dif\u00edciles.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 tienen rabietas los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Piensa en el cerebro de tu hijo peque\u00f1o como en un ordenador que a\u00fan se est\u00e1 cargando. Est\u00e1n experimentando grandes sentimientos, \u00a1pero a\u00fan no tienen el software para manejarlos! Algunos desencadenantes habituales son  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Necesidades f\u00edsicas<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hambre (\u00abhambre\u00bb \u00a1es real!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cansancio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Malestar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sobreestimulaci\u00f3n\u00b9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Necesidades emocionales<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frustraci\u00f3n con el lenguaje limitado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Necesidad de independencia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deseo de atenci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentirse abrumado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprobaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites\u00b2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La ciencia tras la tormenta<\/h2>\n\n<p>Durante una rabieta, tu hijo peque\u00f1o experimenta:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aumento de la frecuencia cardiaca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liberaci\u00f3n de hormonas del estr\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dificultad para procesar la l\u00f3gica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emociones abrumadoras que no pueden nombrar\u00b3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n que realmente funcionan<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Sigue las rutinas<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Horario de comidas coherente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Horario regular de siesta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hora de acostarse predecible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estructura diaria clara\u2074<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
