Lo que antes era divertido ahora provoca miedo: sombras, ruidos fuertes, nuevos cuidadores. Estas ansiedades suelen ser hitos normales del desarrollo, pero pueden ser emocionalmente agotadoras tanto para el ni\u00f1o como para su cuidador. Esta gu\u00eda te ayuda a navegar, validar y apoyar a tu hijo en este estir\u00f3n emocional.   <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Por qu\u00e9 surgen miedos y ansiedades a los 3 a\u00f1os<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Ni\u00f1os de esta edad:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empieza a comprender el peligro pero a\u00fan no puede evaluar el riesgo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desarrollar una imaginaci\u00f3n activa que llene las lagunas de comprensi\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lucha con la regulaci\u00f3n emocional a pesar de aumentar el vocabulario<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anhelan el control, pero a menudo se sienten impotentes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Por eso, los miedos a los ruidos, los animales, las personas nuevas o la separaci\u00f3n pueden resultar abrumadores.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo ayudar a un ni\u00f1o a superar el miedo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Valida, no descartes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Decir \u00abNo tengas miedo\u00bb suele ser contraproducente. Int\u00e9ntalo:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abEse ruido te asust\u00f3; yo tambi\u00e9n me sentir\u00eda as\u00ed\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Expl\u00edcate con paciencia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Utiliza explicaciones sencillas y veraces para desmitificar los miedos:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abLa aspiradora es ruidosa. Nos mantiene seguros limpiando, pero no nos hace da\u00f1o\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Ap\u00f3yate en la rutina<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>El miedo prospera en la imprevisibilidad. Ofrece se\u00f1ales claras de qu\u00e9 esperar: <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abDespu\u00e9s de merendar, iremos a la biblioteca: t\u00fa y yo juntos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Ense\u00f1ar herramientas de afrontamiento<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Introduce estrategias adecuadas a la edad:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respiraciones profundas (\u00abcomo soplar burbujas\u00bb)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un objeto reconfortante (peluche, manta)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distractores divertidos (un \u00absombrero de valent\u00eda\u00bb, un juego, un tarro de preocupaciones)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantras tranquilizadores sencillos (\u00abEstoy a salvo\u00bb)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Utiliza el juego para procesar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>\u00bfMu\u00f1ecas con miedo a la oscuridad? Deja que lo resuelvan. Sigue su ejemplo, narra las soluciones y celebra su valent\u00eda.  <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo manejar el resurgimiento de la ansiedad por separaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La ansiedad por separaci\u00f3n suele reaparecer a los 3 a\u00f1os, sobre todo con las transiciones.
