Consulta siempre con el m\u00e9dico de tu hijo qu\u00e9 es lo mejor para tu familia. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1nto duermen los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os?<\/h2>\n\n<p>La Academia Americana de Pediatr\u00eda (AAP) nos dice que los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os necesitan dormir mucho para crecer y aprender:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edades 1-2 a\u00f1os: 11-14 horas de sue\u00f1o al d\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esto incluye el sue\u00f1o nocturno y las siestas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mayor\u00eda de los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os duermen 1-2 siestas al d\u00eda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se\u00f1ales de que tu hijo est\u00e1 cansado<\/h2>\n\n<p>Tu hijo peque\u00f1o puede estar cansado cuando:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frotarse los ojos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Te pones de mal humor o quisquilloso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No quieres jugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bostezar mucho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quieres que te retengan m\u00e1s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tienes menos energ\u00eda de lo habitual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer una buena rutina antes de acostarse<\/h2>\n\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3n Nacional del Sue\u00f1o afirma que hacer las mismas cosas cada noche ayuda a los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os a dormir mejor. He aqu\u00ed una sencilla rutina que puedes probar: <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Empieza a relajarte (30 minutos antes de acostarte)<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apaga la televisi\u00f3n y las tabletas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliza luces suaves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mant\u00e9n la voz baja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarda los juguetes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prep\u00e1rate para acostarte (20 minutos antes de acostarte)<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Date un ba\u00f1o caliente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponte el pijama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cep\u00edllate los dientes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usa el ba\u00f1o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
